The Sahar Magazine is an independent, non-profit magazine curated by a team of writers, artists and thinkers to discuss and encourage open and mindful conversations on social, political and cultural events and conditions. The users of this website are welcome to share comments on articles published on this website. Your use of the website is subject to the terms and conditions provided herein and also the terms of the privacy policy published on this website.

1. Terms

(i) poses a threat to India’s unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any crime that is punishable by law or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation

Any comments that fall under the aforementioned category may be deleted by The Sahar Magazine.

iii) You acknowledge that we are free to utilise any material or data that you provide for our service in any way we see appropriate. You expressly grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable licence to do the following:

(a) to use all copyright rights related to your contributions, including republishing them;

(b) to attribute your contributions to you publicly, including in advertising or promotion; and
